All the doctors at the Kaiapoi Medical Centre are part of the 24 Hour Surgery on Madras Street, Christchurch. If a patient requires to be seen out of hours they can access the 24 Hour Surgery directly and without an appointment.
When the Kaiapoi Medical Centre surgery is closed the telephones are answered by a specialist nurse who will offer the best possible advice to the caller. This advice may include nursing care, advice to attend the 24 Hour Surgery, advice to see their GP the next working day or to call an ambulance.
