Complaints
All of us at Kaiapoi Medical Centre are committed to offering the best possible care for our patients. We're aware that, from time to time, a patient may become dissatisfied with the care we provide, and we encourage patients to let us know if this happens. This can be done by phoning the practice and speaking with the Practice Manager, or, for a more serious concern, by making a formal complaint.
